We have a pretty good team, but our bullpen dents the team's ability. Smoltz is now done for the year, Soriano will probably follow the same path and Acosta has been dismal at best. Adding to the bullpen malise is Cox's mismanagement of the former.

Suggestion: We should hire a younger manager.
